Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms define the conditions under which the Seller sells products via www.sunlutionskincare.com.
Any order implies acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 – Pre-contractual information
The Customer acknowledges having received, prior to placing an order, the following information:
- the essential characteristics of the Products
- prices and applicable fees
- delivery timelines
- the identity of the Seller
- applicable legal guarantees
- the right of withdrawal
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are cosmetic products. The Seller does not guarantee the absence of individual reactions. The Customer is responsible for verifying the compatibility of the products with their skin.
The Seller makes every effort to present the essential characteristics of the products as accurately as possible.
Photographs and visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included).
Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 5 – Orders
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their order.
The order becomes final upon confirmation of payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of fraud, suspected fraud, or prior dispute.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Payment is secure and processed via the solutions provided by Shopify, including in particular:
- credit card
- Apple Pay
- other payment methods available on the website
The Seller does not store any banking details.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered within France and the European Union (€ zone).
Delivery timelines are indicated at the time of order.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Article 9 – Returns
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and for hygiene and health protection reasons, only products that are:
- unopened
- unused
- and in their original intact packaging
may be returned.
In this specific case, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
Any opened, used, or damaged product will not be eligible for a refund.
Contact the Seller via the contact form to initiate a return if you meet the above conditions.
Article 10 – Refunds
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days following receipt and verification of the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Article 11 – Legal guarantees
The products benefit from:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code)
- the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code)
Article 12 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for:
- improper use of the product
- individual reactions
- use not in accordance with instructions
- or damages resulting from inappropriate use
Article 13 – Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
Article 14 – Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
